Feminist is NOT a bad word.
Let your voices be heard!
How To Join Us
We welcome all singers, 16 years of age or older,
who love to sing in the treble range (soprano and/or alto).

We have a wonderful problem--so many singers have signed up that we now have a wait list for the fall season! If you want to join that list, please contact us and we'll let you know when a spot opens up.
We are a non-auditioned chorus and welcome diverse voices into our ensemble. We require all prospective members to meet with our Artistic Director Lisa Springer for a voice placement, allowing her to assess each singer’s vocal range and assign each person to a voice section. Voice placement events are offered prior to the start of each season, and will be announced on this site, as well as through various communication channels including our social media accounts.
Rehearsals are Monday evenings from 7-9 pm at the First UU Church in Clintonville. Our current season is now underway, with weekly rehearsals continuing through our upcoming concert on Sunday, November 24, 2024.
Members are requested to make a $120 yearly donation to the chorus, either all in the fall or $60 in August and $60 in January. Payment plans and scholarships are available; simply talk with Artistic Director Lisa Springer and/or Lisa Riebel, Treasurer or email finance to pay dues. We would love to have you sing with us and do not want economics to keep you away!
Season donation or a discussion of plan is required before singers may take home printed music. This is merely a good faith deposit. The chorus owns the sheet music.
